COMMISSIONS

SECTION UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Please be patient for pricing etc. ♡

Every artwork is unique, so prices can vary depending on what you want to commission.
Extremely detailed characters will up the price a bit since they take a significantly longer time to sketch,
line and paint than those with simpler designs.
If you have any questions or want to commission me,

TERMS OF SERVICE

LAST UPDATE: January 5th, 2023
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
I. GENERAL TERMS
- In order to easily understand what the customer wants, they need to write in a clear and nice manner. Details such as what the type of commission (ex. Half-body, Fully rendered) needs to be present. Be sure to read through what I offer properly before sending your commission request.
If you are unsure what the different types are, feel free to ask first!
- If the customer wishes to receive art of an original character of theirs, a proper reference picture needs to be sent in the commission request as well as previously stated details.- If the customer wishes to recieve art of a character with no previous drawn reference, a well written description is needed.
NOTE: I will do my best to make your character a reality, but there is no guarantee I can draw it exactly as imagined from text only. Therefore, I would highly recommend gathering reference pictures of clothing, accessories, hairstyles and other important details and send them all collected (such as through a pinterest board) to aid as visual pointers.
- If the customer fails to follow the rules provided, I have the right to decline their commission.II. PAYMENT
- Payment is done via Ko-Fi or Swish(1). Customers pay in full upfront.
- Commission payment via ko-fi is done through their commission function. Customers either pay directly using already published commission slosts open to public, or after an agreement though private messaging; in those cases, a custom commission slot will be made after agreements.- Customers using Swish should only send payment after the commission has been accepted.- If a customer has been placed on a waiting list, they need to wait until given further notice that their commission will go into the drawing process.- The drawing process won’t start until full payment has been received.- Currently accepted currencies are SEK and EUR.(1) For Swedish residents onlyIII. PROCESS
- After the payment has been received and confirmed, I will start drafting the first sketch. When a draft has been made, it will be sent to the customer for approval, and in this stage further change upon customers' wishes can be made. I will then go on with drawing a proper sketch closer to the final product. Once approved, any major change will result in additional charging.
If you are ordering a Sketch commission, this will be the finished product.
- Once the sketch has been approved, no major changes may be made or requested.
Minor changes such as color adjustment can be made if the customer desires it.
- The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on factors such as;
» Order of commission
» Complexity
» Amount of commissions currently in work
» Health issues
If any issue that might affect the work time happens, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However, after a sketch has been approved only small changes are allowed to be made such as;
» Small coloring/marking mistakes
» Color adjustments.
- Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such changes are considered outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background or pose change, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.- If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do major changes without a fee, even when in the proper sketching stage. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for so that I have enough information to avoid any unnecessary work that might be scrapped - time is money I’m afraid.V. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
- The following is considered Copyright infringement:
» Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Monetizing it in any way)(2)
» Taking credit for the creation of the artwork. (Claiming you’ve made it yourself)
» Removing any watermarks/signatures.
» Altering the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent.
- Private commissions always come with an additional fee of 50%. Unless stated and paid for that you would like the commission to be Private, I have the right to post the artwork on my social media accounts and my portfolio as examples of commissioned work from me.- A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork is 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
NOTE: Commercial rights pricing depends on the business/company size. I will always have a proper conversation about this through email with customers, so please do not be scared of this segment ♡(2) Unless you have paid for full commercial rights.VI. CANCELLING/REFUND POLICY
- I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. I’ll be sure to contact you beforehand so that you know that the money is on its way back, and why it is.
- Customers are not allowed to cancel or demand a refund of their commission after payment has been sent. If a customer wishes to cancel before payment is sent (in case of being on a waiting list), they may contact me before - preferably with an explanation as to why they can no longer commission me - and will be put off the list with their commission canceled. However, continued cancelation of commissions will lead to a personal ban, since you will be seen as untrusty.- If you file a CHARGEBACK against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.
I will have all the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me again.
Your name will be publicly posted on social media so that other creators can watch out for you.
I also have every right to file a complaint, and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

Some statements can be bound to change if discussed with me prior to the commission. Remember that proper communication is the key to recieve the best possible outcome for both You; The customer, and Me; The artist.I look forward to discussing your art plans with you ♡Best regards,
